Deadline oriented – understands that tender submissions are highly time-sensitive.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, trackers, and bid-related documentation.

This is not a routine data-entry or documentation role.

The person selected will be expected to progressively take ownership of the end-to-end bid management process and become capable of independently managing tender opportunities.

Freshers are welcome. Ability to think, learn, analyse, and take ownership is more important than prior tendering experience.

Career Growth The role can evolve into positions such as Bid Manager, Proposal Manager, Pre-Sales Consultant, Government Business Development Executive/Manager, or Founder’s Office Associate, depending on performance and interests.
