Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced BI Architect with 8+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale BI, analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, BI architecture, data modelling and semantic layers , with exposure to up-to-date Data Fabric / Data Lakehouse architectures and AI-enabled reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable end-to-end BI and analytics solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead the design of Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models and enterprise reporting frameworks .
- Design high-performance data models, star schemas, KPIs and semantic layers .
- Optimize DAX, Power Query, SQL and overall BI/report performance .
- Architect BI solutions leveraging modern Data Fabric / Data Lakehouse concepts, including Microsoft Fabric, OneLake and Delta Lakehouse.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and AI teams to build scalable data and analytics solutions.
- Explore and develop AI-enabled reporting and analytical experiences ,



including exposure to Rayfin .
- Define BI governance, security, RLS, workspace strategy and deployment standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor BI developers while partnering with business stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in BI, analytics, data warehousing and enterprise reporting.
- Strong experience as a BI Architect / BI Solution Architect .
- Expert knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL and data modelling .
- Strong understanding of semantic models, dimensional modelling and star schemas .
- Experience with Data Fabric / Data Lakehouse architecture.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Delta Lakehouse and Dataflows Gen2 .
- Understanding of AI/GenAI applications in BI and reporting .
- Experience with BI governance, security, RLS and deployment practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Preferred
- Exposure to Rayfin / Rayfin CLI for AI-enabled report and analytical application development.
- Python experience for analytics or AI-based solutions.
- Microsoft Fabric / Power BI certifications.
