Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bidding & Customer Support Executive role based in Chennai. The Bidding & Customer Support Executive is responsible for managing client enquiry, preparing and submitting quotations/tenders, coordinating with internal departments, following up with clients, and ensuring timely conversion of enquiry into confirmed business.

The employee must maintain accuracy, timely response, proper follow-up, and complete ownership of assigned enquiry and quotations.

Expected Target

Quotations / Bids: Minimum 10–15 quotations per working day, depending on assignment volume Customer Enquiry Response All assigned enquiries to be responded to within the defined TAT Follow-up

Daily follow-up on all pending/open quotations

Quotation Accuracy 100% accuracy in client, parameter, pricing and scope details

Tracking Sheet 100% daily update. Pending Enquiries: No avoidable pending enquiries

Client Communication Professional, clear and complete communication





Internal Coordination Timely follow-up until closure

Data/Document Accuracy 100% required documents and details checked before submission

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree
- Good communication skills in English.
- Solid email and telephone communication.
- Customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand technical/client requirements.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under daily targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience in bidding, quotation, customer support, laboratory services, environmental testing, or similar technical services is preferred.
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree in science subjects.
