Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate should be interested in US IT recruitment, candidate marketing, vendor management, and business development.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and place IT consultants on various job portals and recruiter networks.
- Work with consultants who are on the bench and actively market their profiles.
- Identify suitable job requirements from various sources and match candidates accordingly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, recruiters, and clients.
- Submit candidate profiles to relevant requirements and follow up on submissions.
- Negotiate rates, work authorization, and other job-related details with vendors.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with consultants and recruiters.
- Maintain daily activity reports, submissions, interviews, and placement status.
- Follow up with vendors regarding candidate feedback and interview updates.
- Build and maintain a strong network of US IT staffing contacts.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of US IT Staffing / Recruitment is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work in a night shift aligned with US business hours.
- Comfortable working from office in Vijayawada.
For Freshers
- 01 year experience.
- Any graduate with good communication skills.
- Freshers interested in US IT recruitment and Bench Sales are welcome.
- Training will be provided to the right candidates.
For Experienced Candidates
- 1+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Recruitment / Staffing preferred.
- Experience with consultant marketing, vendor communication, submissions, and interview follow-ups is a plus.
