Company Description Anudip Foundation, founded in 2007, is a professionally managed not-for-profit Section 8 Indian company registered under the Companies Act, 2013. As a partner organization of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Union Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Anudip focuses on creating large-scale digital livelihoods for youth from disadvantaged communities across India. Role Description This full-time BFSI Trainer role is an on-site position based in Delhi, India, offering up to 38K CTC. The BFSI Trainer will deliver structured training sessions on banking, financial services, and insurance concepts to youth learners, using interactive methods, case studies, and practical exercises.
Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, training materials, and assessments aligned with Anudip’s curriculum and industry standards, as well as tracking learner progress and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will support learners in developing job-ready skills for BFSI roles,
conduct mock interviews, and help them understand workplace expectations and compliance requirements. Additional duties involve maintaining training records, coordinating with center management, participating in training quality reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of course content.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust knowledge of banking, financial services, and insurance processes, products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Candidates should possess effective classroom facilitation skills, including lesson planning, learner engagement, and assessment design.
- Candidates should possess clear communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including use of MS Office, online training tools, and learning management systems.
- Candidates should possess mentoring and counseling abilities to guide youth from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds toward employability.
- Relevant experience as a trainer or professional in BFSI, vocational training, or skill development will be beneficial.
- A graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field will be beneficial; professional BFSI certifications are an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with center staff, meet training targets, and adapt to evolving curriculum and employer requirements will be beneficial.
