Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing IT consultants on the bench, building relationships with vendors and clients, identifying project opportunities, and placing consultants on contract assignments across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD) to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.

Identify suitable job opportunities for consultants through job portals, vendor networks, and client relationships.

Submit consultant profiles to open requirements and coordinate interviews.

Negotiate rates and finalize contract terms with vendors and clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.

Maintain an updated database of consultants and requirements.





Track submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.

Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to ensure successful placements.

Follow up regularly with vendors and clients regarding submitted consultants.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of US Staffing and Bench Sales processes.

Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.

Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Prior experience in Bench Sales or US IT Recruitment is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
