- Training Delivery: Conduct effective training sessions on beauty treatments, techniques, products, hygiene, and customer service.

- Trainee Performance: Ensure trainees develop the required technical skills and achieve competency standards.

- Training Plans: Prepare lesson plans, demonstrations, practical sessions, and training materials according to the curriculum.

- Assessments: Conduct regular practical and theoretical assessments and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products, treatments, tools, equipment, and industry trends.

- Quality &

- Standards:

Ensure all training follows salon/academy SOPs, hygiene standards, safety procedures, and qualified practices.

- Trainee Engagement: Maintain a positive learning environment and motivate trainees to improve their skills and confidence.





- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, progress, and certification records.

- Coaching &

- Support:

Identify skill gaps and provide additional coaching or one-to-one support where required.

- Business/Product Training: Train staff on new products, services, treatment protocols, and promotional launches.

- Feedback &

- Improvement:

Collect trainee feedback and continuously improve training methods and materials.

- Training Targets: Achieve agreed targets for trainee completion, competency, assessment scores, and satisfaction.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
