About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a growing Digital Marketing and Technology company providing Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Branding, Software Development, AI Automation, and Business Growth Solutions.

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven BDM / Sales Manager to generate new business, manage client relationships, lead the sales team, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate business through B2B sales, cold calling, field visits, referrals, networking, and client meetings.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into customers.
- Sell the company’s Digital Marketing and Technology services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team.
- Assign targets and track individual/team performance.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams for client onboarding.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.




- Strong experience in B2B Sales and Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, Software, SaaS, or Technology is preferred.
- Previous sales team management experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Positive knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for official client meetings.
