- Corporate Tie-ups and Lead Generation:

- Establishing and nurturing relationships with new corporate clients and plants to generate leads.

- Identifying potential business opportunities and developing strategies to secure new partnerships.

- Health Activity Planning & Execution:

- Planning and executing health-related activities within the group and external organizations.

- Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of health initiatives.

- BTL Activity and Revenue Generation:

- Understanding Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities and driving revenue generation through these initiatives.

- Developing and executing BTL campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Sales Team Support:

- Assisting the sales team in managing and executing marketing campaigns.

- Providing insights and support to enhance sales performance.





- Proficiency in MS Office:

- Demonstrating robust command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and other documents.

- Utilizing MS Office to streamline and enhance daily operations.

- Communication Skills:

- Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Presenting ideas clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with BTL marketing activities is a plus.
