- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate and convert high-value leads for software and IT solutions.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, CXOs, and enterprise clients.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to contract closure.
- Lead client meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Identify new markets, industries, and business opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Mentor and guide BDEs to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,
and annual revenue targets.
Required Skills:
- 5–6 years of experience in software/IT sales, B2B sales, or technology business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience handling enterprise or high-value clients.
- Strong knowledge of the software/IT services sales process.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
