About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident BDE Intern to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting lead generation, cold calling, client communication, follow-ups, and business development activities.

This internship is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in IT Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, online platforms, and other sources.
- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Contact prospective clients and introduce the company's IT services and solutions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal team.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and calls with potential clients for the senior sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM records, and sales trackers.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales documents.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify recent opportunities.
- Achieve daily/weekly lead generation and calling targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure smooth communication with prospects.
- Stay updated about IT services, software solutions, web development, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Good English communication and client-handling skills.
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong interest in Sales and Business Development.
- Basic knowledge of IT services/software solutions is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and LinkedIn.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Candidates pursuing or having completed BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related degree can apply.
- Prior sales experience is not mandatory.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn will be preferred.
