Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for HR services.

- Visit companies and meet HR Managers, HR Heads, business owners and decision-makers.

- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals and direct outreach.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HR solutions.

- Present details of recruitment, consulting, training and other services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and corporate clients.

- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-ups.

- Prepare proposals/quotations in coordination with the internal team.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into business.

- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting and revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings and sales pipeline.

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Field Sales preferred.

- Prior experience in an HR consultancy, recruitment agency,



HR training company or HR services firm will be an advantage.

- Robust ability to approach and communicate with HR professionals and corporate decision-makers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident in conducting face-to-face client meetings and presentations.

- Target-oriented and proactive in generating new business.

- Willingness to travel within Kochi and nearby areas for client meetings.

- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
