We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of sales targets in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and market outreach.
- Identify and acquire potential customers and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and present suitable financial products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Identify current market opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer relationship and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong business development mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
