? Position: Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Execution and documentation/docket handling for transactions across locations.
- Liaising with clients and law firms.
- Drafting and vetting transaction documents for various secured and unsecured borrowings of corporate clients.
- Ensuring compliance with SEBI Debenture Trustee Regulations, LODR, IRDS and other applicable laws.
- Ensuring timely execution and closure of transaction and security documents.
- Reviewing and confirming Conditions Precedent (CP) and Conditions Subsequent (CS) as per transaction documents.
- Ensuring safe custody of transaction and title documents and issuing custody confirmation letters.
- Ensuring valid creation and perfection of charges as per transaction documents.
- Monitoring charged securities and compliance with financial covenants.




- Advising clients on applicable regulatory requirements and keeping the team and clients updated on regulatory changes.
- Providing prompt and timely client servicing.
- Developing strong product knowledge and continuously learning about trusteeship products and regulations.

? Eligibility
- B.Com + LLB / LLB graduates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with knowledge or interest in Legal Documentation, Corporate Law, SEBI Regulations and Compliance will be preferred.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn are essential.
