4Prosper Technologies Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) who is confident, proactive, and target-oriented to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, LinkedIn, emails, referrals, and other channels
- Identify and connect with potential clients for software, digital products, and technology services
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with potential clients
- Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions




- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Research new markets, industries, and potential business opportunities

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of sales, business development, and lead generation
- Confident in making calls and communicating with clients
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Basic knowledge of software/IT services is a plus
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills can also apply
