Hiring: Battery Storage – Technical & Business Development | Fresher

Location: Pune

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

B.Tech / B.E. – Mandatory

MBA in Marketing – Mandatory / Preferred

Employment: Full time

Key Responsibilities :-

•Support Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) related activities.

•Develop basic understanding of battery storage systems and applications.

•Support technical coordination, customer communication and business development activities.

•Assist in identifying potential customers and business opportunities.

•Coordinate with customers, technical teams and project teams.

•Support preparation of proposals, quotations, presentations and reports.

•Conduct customer follow-ups and assist in meetings when required.

•Maintain lead,



customer and project-related records.

Eligibility :-

•B.Tech / B.E. – Mandatory

•MBA in Marketing – Mandatory / Preferred

•Freshers are encouraged to apply.

•Interest in Battery Storage, Renewable Energy and Business Development.

•Good communication and customer-handling skills.

•Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.

•Willingness to travel for customer meetings/site visits when required.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with B.Tech + MBA (Marketing) who are interested in combining technical knowledge with Battery Storage business development and customer coordination.
