Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role located in the Pune Division at THE THIRD PLACE @ KP. The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, offering recommendations, and maintaining a friendly, professional bar atmosphere. The role involves handling cash and payment transactions, maintaining bar inventory and stock levels, and ensuring all bar equipment and work areas are clean, organized,



and compliant with safety and hygiene standards. The Bartender will also collaborate with the floor and kitchen teams to support smooth service and contribute to an excellent overall guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming guest experience.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, including basic menu understanding and pairing suggestions.
- Hands-on Bartending skills, including drink preparation, mixology basics, and bar setup and breakdown.
- Accurate Cash Handling skills, with attention to detail in billing and payment processing.
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage busy shifts in a rapid-paced environment.
- Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and applicable local regulations is an advantage.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
