We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender / Beverage Associate to join our team at Malgudi South Indian Resto-Café. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving mocktails, beverages, fresh juices, iced teas, milkshakes and other non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.

- Prepare fresh juices, iced teas, milkshakes, cold beverages and other specialty drinks.

- Ensure proper presentation, garnishing and consistency of beverages.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar/beverage counter and equipment.

- Ensure all beverage ingredients, syrups,



garnishes and consumables are properly stored and available.

- Follow standard recipes and portion control to maintain beverage quality and cost.

- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth and timely beverage service.

- Handle beverage orders efficiently during busy operations.

- Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or requirements.

- Follow food safety, hygiene and restaurant SOPs at all times.

- Provide friendly and skilled service to guests.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
