Role Description As a Barista at THE THIRD PLACE @ KP, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other café beverages to established quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include taking customer orders, operating coffee equipment, assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness of the service area, and restocking supplies.

You will engage with guests, answer questions about the menu, and provide attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming experience.



The role requires collaboration with the café team to support smooth operations, including opening and closing duties and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage courteously with guests and collaborate with team members.
- Candidates should possess Barista skills, including experience with coffee preparation, espresso machines, and basic beverage crafting techniques.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for taking orders accurately, explaining menu items, and coordinating with colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills and an understanding of basic kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or retail environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced work setting is required.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak hours, is preferred.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills are an advantage.
