Handle the complete bread-making process, including mixing, kneading, fermentation, proofing, shaping, scoring, and baking . ⚖️ Measure and manage ingredients accurately to maintain consistency in every batch.



? Operate bakery ovens and monitor temperature and baking time for proper crust, texture, and colour. ? Check bread quality, freshness, texture, appearance, and overall consistency. ? Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards throughout the production process. ? Store ingredients and bakery products properly and maintain freshness. ? Monitor raw-material usage, minimize wastage, and communicate stock requirements. ?
