Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain MongoDB schemas for cross-functional data.

- Build Java services (Spring Boot or similar experience expected) that ingest, normalize, and expose data from third-party AI/LLM vendor APIs image recognition, tagging, document/text extraction, LLM-based tools.

- Build and maintain integrations with Infor LN (the company ERP) — data exchange between LN and the AI/internal-tooling layer, using LN's available integration mechanisms (BOD/ION, APIs, or equivalent, per current LN setup).

- Own API integration reliability: authentication, rate limits, error handling, and data validation wherever a vendor tool's or LN's output feeds internal dashboards or reports.

- Translate technical constraints and trade-offs into plain language for stakeholders across function

Must-Have Skills

- 3+ years hands-on Java (Spring/Spring Boot) in production backend systems.

- Strong MongoDB schema design — not just CRUD familiarity; must reason about query patterns, indexing, and denormalization trade-offs for semi-structured, cross-functional data.

- Direct LLM integration experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or similar) — this is required,



not exploratory; the role's core value is wiring LLM outputs into enterprise systems.

- REST API integration experience — has actually consumed and hardened against a third-party API in production, ideally including error/retry handling for flaky external services.

- Demonstrated written and verbal communication, tested across audiences with different vocabularies (finance vs. manufacturing vs. HR).

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Prior work with Infor LN or another Tier-1/Tier-2 ERP (SAP, Oracle, Baan) — direct LN experience is a strong plus given the immediate need, but ERP-integration pattern experience of any kind transfers.

- Experience in manufacturing, finance, or procurement systems specifically.

- Basic Python (existing OCR/image-processing tooling is Python-based) — practical for cross-team handoffs, not required to own.

- Familiarity with data governance concepts (PII handling, access tiers, segregation of duties) — a genuine advantage given how many sensitive-data domains this role touches.
