Role Description

We are looking for a Backend Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in working across Backend Development, APIs, Microservices, Databases, Software Development, Cloud, Automation, and Enterprise Applications.

The Backend Developer will work closely with software, IT, data, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, maintain, and improve reliable backend applications and digital systems.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in backend development, software development, application development, API development, web development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, Java Developer, Python Developer, Node.js Developer, .NET Developer, Full Stack Developer,



or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to valuable knowledge of at least one backend programming language or ecosystem such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, .NET, Go, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of backend development, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, APIs, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Node.js/Express, Django, Flask, FastAPI, .NET, Laravel, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, web services, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, or messaging systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, and deployment workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, command-line tools, and application deployment will be beneficial.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, coding project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance work, API project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Strong willingness to learn new backend, database, cloud, and software-development technologies.
