Hiring: Backend Developer — LiveFXHub

Live FX Hub is looking for a motivated Backend Developer to join our engineering team and work on backend systems powering financial markets, trading, liquidity, and real-time services.

What You'll Work On

- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services for trading and financial applications.
- Build REST APIs and real-time services for web and mobile applications.
- Work with real-time market data, orders, positions, trades, and account-related services.
- Develop systems for order management, execution, risk controls, and position management.
- Work with WebSockets, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous processing.
- Integrate with external brokers, liquidity providers, exchanges, and financial APIs.
- Work with FIX protocol / FIX API integrations and third-party trading systems.
- Design and optimize database queries and backend data models.
- Monitor production services, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready code.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams.

Required Skills
- 6 months – 1 year of backend development experience.
- Strong programming knowledge in Golang (Go) , NodeJS.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL / SQL databases.
- Understanding of Redis, caching, queues, or event-driven systems is a plus.




- Basic understanding of Docker and Linux.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and asynchronous programming in Go.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand existing production code and troubleshoot issues.

Good to Have
- Experience in FinTech / Forex / Crypto / Trading / Financial Markets.
- Knowledge of FIX 4.4 / FIX protocol.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience building high-availability or low-latency backend systems.

Understanding of trading concepts such as:
- Orders
- Positions
- Stop Loss / Take Profit
- Trailing Stop Loss
- Margin
- Leverage
- Liquidity
- Order execution
