About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading technical initiatives, architecting scalable solutions, and driving innovation across our client projects. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will serve as a technical leader, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and innovative technological solutions.

Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing sophisticated AI-powered applications, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Python development, extensive experience with modern frameworks such as FastAPI and Streamlit, and a deep understanding of AI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- 5+ years of professional Python development experience, with a proven track record of delivering production-level applications and demonstrating technical leadership.
- Expert-level proficiency in FastAPI, including advanced features such as dependencies, middleware, and background tasks.




- Strong skills in Streamlit development, including custom component creation, session state management, and performance optimization.
- Deep expertise in AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, with experience deploying AI applications in production environments.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable system design.
- Extensive experience with database management, including PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases, along with optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies, complemented by hands-on DevOps experience.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with modern development workflows.
- Knowledge of API security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace.
- Background in consulting or client-facing roles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities The key responsibilities for this role include:

- Architect and design scalable, high-performance applications utilizing FastAPI, implementing advanced features and optimization strategies to meet client needs.
- Lead the development of complex AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, ensuring robust and maintainable solutions for production environments.
- Create and enhance Streamlit applications with custom components, sophisticated data visualizations, and user-centric interfaces to deliver engaging experiences.
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes,



and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Mentor junior team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster skill development and best practices.
- Oversee all technical aspects of projects, from initial planning and architecture to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Research emerging technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into projects, contributing to research and development initiatives.
