​Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, positive, and target-driven individual to join our team as a Bank Office Operator. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong decision-making skills, a sharp business acumen, and a goal-oriented approach toward financial growth. You will be responsible for handling daily back-office banking operations, customer data management, and supporting financial transactions with high accuracy and efficiency.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day back-office banking tasks, data entry, record maintenance, and document verification.
- ​Transaction Management: Handle documentation for account openings, loan processing, and routine monetary transactions securely and accurately.
- ​Customer Support: Coordinate with clients professionally, address queries regarding banking services, and maintain positive relationships.
- ​Business Growth Support: Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products or services and contribute to the branch's business targets.
- ​Process Compliance:



Ensure all operations adhere strictly to banking regulations, security protocols, and company guidelines.

​Candidate Requirements

- ​Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC). Freshers or candidates with prior office/data entry experience are welcome to apply.
- ​Personality & Attitude: Highly energetic, optimistic, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- ​Mindset: Money-minded and business-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve targets and maximize productivity.
- ​Skills: Good decision-making abilities under pressure, strong basic math skills, and proficiency in using computers and MS Office.
- ​Communication: Clear communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
