Job Responsibilities: Mutual Fund processing (SIP, lumpsum, redemptions, KYC support) Insurance proposal support & documentation Handling client service queries (calls & WhatsApp) Data entry, report maintenance & follow-ups Coordination with internal team for smooth operations Additional Responsibilities: Basic client calling for follow-up & service updates Support in client acquisition activities (training will be provided) Attend minimum 1 client meeting per month (for learning & exposure) Candidate Requirements: Basic knowledge of finance (MF / Insurance preferred) Good communication skills (Gujarati Hindi required) Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email) Discipline, responsibility & willingness to learn Salary & Growth:Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience) Performance-based increment Long-term growth prospect in financial services Work Culture:Fixed office timing Stable & long-term job Learning-focused environment ?
