Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd is urgently hiring for the post of Back Office Executive- Insurance.

Location : Ahmedabad- Gulbai Tekra

Experience Required : Min 1 Year in MS Excel (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and data reconciliation)

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Receive and manage daily MIS data from various General Insurance companies.
- Perform thorough data matching between Insurance Company MIS reports and internal system records using MS Excel.
- Update policy statuses in the system (e.g., Issued, Rejected) along with key details such as Risk Start/End Date, Issued Premium, Policy Numbers, etc.
- Coordinate and follow up with Insurance Companies as and when required to resolve data discrepancies.
- Prepare various operational reports/data and support day-to-day routine back-office tasks as and when required.
- Must-have Excel Skills: Robust command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and data reconciliation).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred Experience: Candidate from Insurance Companies, Insurance Broking firms, or financial background.
