We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop business by connecting with architects, builders, contractors, developers, interior designers and project consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach architects, builders, contractors, developers and other potential clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into projects and orders.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with architects and construction companies.
- Visit project sites, offices and client meetings regularly.
- Introduce and explain our products and solutions to clients.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries and ongoing projects.
- Identify upcoming construction projects and generate business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, samples, technical requirements and order execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.
- Maintain regular records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and orders.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / architectural products / facade / preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in meeting architects, builders and senior decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client and site visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates with an existing network among architects, builders and contractors will be preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35000 per month + attractive incentives Experience: 1–4 years
