Mandale Wellness is looking for an experienced and well-connected B2B Retail Executive to help us expand our presence across premium retail and distribution channels.

We’re looking for someone who understands the retail landscape, is confident in building business relationships, and has a proven track record in B2B sales, retail partnerships, or business development

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and grow B2B retail partnerships for Mandale Wellness.
- Identify and approach premium retail chains, distributors, and potential business partners.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and retail stakeholders.
- Drive product placements and new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture existing B2B relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate and close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
- Track leads,



opportunities, and follow-ups to achieve business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong experience in B2B sales, retail, business development, or channel partnerships.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Someone confident in meeting and dealing with senior decision-makers.
- Existing relationships with retail chains, distributors, or premium brands will be a robust advantage.
- Experience with premium/lifestyle/wellness brands is preferred.
- A self-driven professional who can independently identify opportunities and convert them into business.
- Strong ownership and follow-through.

Experience: 3+ years preferred.
