We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Trainer to deliver hands-on training to developers, DevOps engineers, system administrators, and IT professionals. The trainer should have solid practical experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps tools and be able to explain concepts clearly through real-world projects and labs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver instructor-led and online Azure DevOps training programs.
- Conduct hands-on sessions covering Azure infrastructure, CI/CD, source control, and DevOps practices.
- Create training materials, presentations, exercises, labs, assignments, and assessments.
- Train participants on Azure DevOps Services, including:
- Azure Repos
- Azure Pipelines
- Azure Boards
- Azure Test Plans
- Azure Artifacts
- Cover CI/CD implementation using YAML pipelines and classic pipelines where relevant.
- Train on Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and repository management.
- Demonstrate infrastructure automation using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Explain containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes/AKS.
- Integrate security and quality practices into DevOps workflows, including DevSecOps.
- Provide troubleshooting support and answer technical questions during training.
- Keep course content aligned with current Azure and DevOps technologies.

Required Skills




- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
- Proficiency in Git and YAML.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or scripting.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Knowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Good understanding of Azure services such as VMs, VNets, Storage, App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to beginners as well as experienced professionals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a corporate/technical trainer.
- Experience developing enterprise-level DevOps projects.
- Experience conducting live demonstrations and practical labs.
