We are seeking a passionate and skilled Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial patient assessments, designing holistic Ayurvedic treatment plans, managing day-to-day clinical operations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
· Patient Consultations: Conduct detailed case history taking, including Prakriti Analysis (body constitution) and Nadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis).
· Treatment Planning: Prescribe traditional Ayurvedic medicines, dietary modifications (Ahar), and lifestyle corrections (Vihar) tailored to patient needs.
· Panchakarma Supervision: Oversee and monitor Panchakarma therapies and detoxification procedures executed by therapists to ensure safety and efficacy.
· Patient Engagement: Educate patients on preventive healthcare and long-term wellness strategies based on Ayurvedic principles.
· Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date digital/physical medical records and progress charts of all patients.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with senior consultants, therapists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless clinical operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized university/institute approved by the NCISM.
· Registration: Valid registration with the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) or the respective State Ayurvedic Council.
· Clinical Knowledge: Strong foundational grasp of Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, and classical Ayurvedic pharmacology (Dravyaguna and Rasashastra).
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in [Insert Local Language] and English is highly preferred.
