Designation : Automotive Trainer

Experience : min 3 years in Automobile sector.

Salary : upto 50k CTC

Location : BTM Layout, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :-

Garage Launch & New Hire Training

- Deliver end-to-end training for recent ADSC launches as per program design and schedule
- Facilitate role-wise onboarding sessions for front office, workshop, and delivery staff
- Execute multi-day launch programs (typically 7–9 days) at new locations across India Ongoing Training & Capability Building
- Facilitate refresher, re-training, and performance improvement sessions at operational ADSCs
- Deliver On-the-Job Training (OJT) support and conduct readiness checks
- Adapt delivery style to mixed audiences including front office and shop-floor staff Fleet Operations – Field Executive Training




- Deliver onboarding and certification training for Field Executives (FEs) across fleet operations
- Train FEs on pre-inspection and survey protocols — vehicle condition assessment, documentation, and photo capture standards
- Facilitate training on Pickup & Drop (PUD) workflows — customer handling at doorstep, vehicle handover SOPs, and app-based job execution
- Train FEs on safe and compliant vehicle movement, including handling luxury and high-value vehicles where applicable
- Run role plays and field simulations as per session plan to reinforce real-world FE scenarios
- Deliver refresher and performance correction sessions for underperforming FEs
