Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and integrate AUTOSAR BSW modules using Vector DaVinci Configurator/Developer or EB tresos Studio.

- Develop, customize, and validate MCAL and BSW modules (e.g., Com, Can, CanIf, Dcm, NvM, EcuM, etc.).

- Analyze requirements and derive BSW configuration strategy aligned with ECU architecture and project goals.

- Perform integration testing and debugging of BSW and RTE-level issues.

- Support SW architecture and Application teams in resolving interface and communication issues.

- Collaborate with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers for configuration alignment and delivery milestones.

- Maintain and update configuration baselines, version control, and documentation as per ASPICE or internal process standards.

- Ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and internal quality guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.

- 7+ years of experience in automotive embedded software development.

- Strong hands-on experience with AUTOSAR Classic Platform (BSW, MCAL, RTE).





- Proficiency in Vector DaVinci Configurator/Developer or EB tresos Studio tools.

- Solid understanding of communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, or Ethernet.

- Working knowledge of C programming, embedded debugging, and integration on microcontrollers (NXP, Infineon, Renesas, ST).

- Experience with version control (Git, SVN), build systems (Makefiles, Jenkins), and requirement tools (Doors, Polarion).

- Familiarity with ASIL-B or higher safety compliance and ASPICE process adherence.

- Exposure to Diagnostic

Good to Have:

(UDS, DCM, DEM) and Bootloader development.

- Experience in RTE generation and application integration.

- Knowledge of Ethernet stack configuration.

- Good understanding of Functional Safety and Cybersecurity concepts.
