- Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.

- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and monitor performance.

- Drive vehicle sales, test drives, bookings, and retail conversions.

- Handle customer enquiries and support the team in closing high-value sales.

- Monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversion ratios through CRM/MIS.

- Ensure proper product presentation and maintain showroom standards.

- Develop local sales strategies to increase showroom walk-ins and conversions.

- Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance assessments.

- Coordinate with finance, insurance, service, and delivery teams for smooth customer experience. Handle customer escalations professionally.





- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.

- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
