Role Description The Automotive Service Advisor at CarJoz is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this position, the Service Advisor greets customers, understands their vehicle concerns, and recommends appropriate maintenance and repair services. The role involves preparing service estimates, coordinating with technicians, monitoring repair progress, and keeping customers informed through clear and timely communication.

The Service

Advisor ensures that service records are accurately maintained in the system, manages service bookings, and supports pick-up and drop arrangements when needed. A key part of the role is to promote customer satisfaction by delivering professional,



courteous service and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair to accurately assess service needs and explain technical information in accessible terms.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage concerns effectively.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to interact with diverse customers and team members.
- Basic understanding of service scheduling and workflow management, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work in office in a fast-paced service environment, collaborating closely with technicians and operations staff.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive workshop environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with using digital platforms or service management software for bookings, updates, and record-keeping.
- Relevant diploma or certification in automotive technology or a related field is an advantage; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
