Lead a 12-week, client-governed automation testing program for 30 PMIS interns in Pune - from testing fundamentals to a CI-integrated capstone - and prepare them to clear Capgeminis Automation CU technical interviews.

- ABOUT THE ROLE A Delivery-Critical, Client-Visible Program

EduBridge is the Digital Academy training partner for a Capgemini-Barclays initiative under the Prime Ministers Internship Scheme (PMIS). You will own classroom delivery of the Software Testing with Playwright (JavaScript) program - a curriculum signed off by the clients SME, delivered through structured facilitator guides, and reviewed with Capgemini leadership at fixed checkpoints. Your learners outcomes are measured, reported, and directly determine their deployment into Capgeminis FS Testing practice.

- WHAT YOU WILL DO

Deliver - 60 day-wise sessions per the approved curriculum: manual testing foundations, JavaScript for automation, Playwright end-to-end, framework development, API testing, Git & CI/CD, and a team capstone.

Facilitate - every session on EduBridges 60:40 model - concept delivery plus structured hands-on labs - closing each day with a quiz and the days interview questions.

Mentor - learners through daily code reviews across labs, mini project, framework build and capstone PRs; coach teams through CI pipeline setup and stabilization.

Assess - via the full stack: daily quizzes, weekly and module assessments, five graded deliverables,



and the proctored final assessment - with documented remediation for at-risk learners.

Track - progress on the daily learner checklist and batch reporting on EduBridge LITE/TMS; flag risks early with per-learner plans.

Represent - delivery in Capgemini CU leadership connects (Weeks 2, 7, 10 and 12) and support learners preparation for formal technical interviews on Superset.

- CANDIDATE PROFILE

Who We Are Looking For

Must-Have

Good to Have

5+ years in software testing/QA - with 2+ years hands-on automation in JavaScript or TypeScript

Demonstrable Playwright expertise - locators, web-first assertions, fixtures & POM, storageState auth, network mocking, Trace Viewer, parallel execution

Solid JavaScript depth - async/await semantics and traps, classes & inheritance, destructuring, modules

API testing & CI/CD - REST/CRUD/auth; Git, GitHub Actions or Jenkins, Allure or equivalent reporting

2+ years training or mentoring - able to teach absolute beginners with patience and structure

Strong verbal and written English communication

- Selenium background - strong Selenium-JS professionals with a completed Playwright transition will be considered (verified in the technical assessment)
- ISTQB - or equivalent testing certification
- BFSI exposure - financial services project experience




- Structured delivery - facilitator-guide-driven curriculum and LMS-based cohorts
- Extras - TypeScript, Docker basics, mobile or accessibility testing
