Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, operate, and maintain automation systems for production machinery.

- Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems.

- Set and optimize machine parameters based on production requirements.

- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot automation-related issues.

- Identify machine faults and coordinate with the maintenance team for corrective action.

- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of automated machines.

- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure reliable machine operation.

- Monitor machine output and support improvements in productivity and quality.

- Maintain automation-related records, machine logs, and technical documentation.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, 5S, safety, and workplace requirements.

Requirements:





- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.

- 2–4 years of experience in industrial automation or machine automation.

- Hands-on experience with PLC and HMI programming/troubleshooting.

- Experience with automated production machinery is preferred.

- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Positive communication skills.

- Malayalam and English proficiency preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
