About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Drafting Specialist with strong expertise in AutoCAD 2D to support commercial, office, retail, and other built-setting projects, along with warehouse and cold-storage projects where required. The role involves preparing detailed layouts, drawings, area calculations, design documentation, and coordinating with internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D and basic 3D drawings floor plans, space layouts, furniture and partition layouts, and ceiling plans based on functional, operational, and space-planning requirements.

- Prepare GA drawings, working drawings, ASA drawings, and other construction-ready technical documentation.

- Coordinate MEP, fire protection, CCTV, security, electrical, and utility layouts into master drawings.

- Verify dimensions, scales, levels, and overall drawing accuracy before submission.





- Prepare area statements and space-utilization calculations for commercial and office projects.

- Prepare presentation drawings and renderings wherever required.

- Maintain drawing revisions, document control, and project records per project requirements.

- Provide drawing-related clarifications and technical support to Project, Procurement, and other internal teams, coordinating design changes within agreed timelines.

- Follow company design standards, drawing formats, and CAD documentation procedures.

- Assist with wall graphics, signage layouts, and other branding/commercial design elements.

- Extend drafting support to warehouse, industrial, and cold-storage layouts as part of broader project assignments.
