Job Role

CAD Designer / Civil Estimation Engineer

- Prepare accurate 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for architectural and civil projects.

- Create and modify technical drawings according to project requirements.

- Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.

- Work with StaadPro for structural analysis and related project requirements.

- Prepare detailed civil estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction and interior projects.

- Calculate quantities of materials, labor, and other project requirements.

- Prepare and verify sub-contractor bills based on completed work and agreed quantities.

- Coordinate with project, site, and engineering teams regarding drawings, quantities, and billing.

- Check drawings and quantity calculations for accuracy.

- Maintain proper records of estimates, BOQs, drawings, measurements, and billing documents.





- Support project teams with technical documentation and estimation-related activities.

- Ensure assigned drawings, estimates, and billing work are completed within project timelines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D.

- Knowledge of StaadPro.

- Proficiency in SketchUp.

- Good knowledge of Civil Estimation.

- Ability to prepare and interpret BOQs.

- Knowledge of Sub-Contractor Billing.

- Valuable understanding of civil construction drawings and quantities.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and meet deadlines.
