Role & responsibilities

- Create 3D models of soap manufacturing equipment such as mixers, reactors, conveyors, filling machines, and packaging units.

- Develop plant layouts for production lines, storage areas, and utility systems using AutoCAD.

- Prepare detailed technical drawings and assembly drawings for fabrication and installation.

- Modify and update existing designs based on engineering inputs and process requirements.

- Collaborate with process, mechanical, and production engineers for design improvements.

- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

- Support project teams during installation and commissioning of equipment.

- Maintain proper documentation of all design files and revisions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D modeling (knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus).

- Understanding of manufacturing processes (preferably FMCG or soap industry).

- Knowledge of equipment layout design and piping basics is an advantage.

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
