Role Description The Australia and NZ Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for guiding students who wish to study in Australia and Recent Zealand. Day-to-day tasks include counseling students and families on suitable universities, courses, and study paths, as well as explaining admission requirements, application timelines, and scholarship options. The consultant will manage application processes, assist with documentation and visa-related guidance, and maintain regular communication with students throughout their journey.

The role also involves staying current with education trends and policy changes in Australia and New Zealand, coordinating with partner institutions, conducting information sessions, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.



The consultant is expected to collaborate with the broader Santure.ai team to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for all students.

Qualifications

- Strong student counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand individual goals and recommend appropriate study options in Australia and New Zealand.
- Experience in study abroad consulting, international education, or related fields, including familiarity with application, admission, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in clear written and verbal English and the ability to present information to diverse audiences.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple student cases, maintain documentation, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM or student management systems for tracking leads, applications, and follow-ups.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; coursework or qualifications in education, counseling, or international relations are an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand higher education systems, including key universities, popular programs, and immigration guidelines, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, collaborate with team members, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to students from varied backgrounds.
