- Preparation of Project specific Quality Management Plan including ITP, formats and various standards & codes to be followed for Project execution and coordinate with Client for its approval
- Responsible for Quality Planning, Assurance and Quality Control in the Project and aim for Zero NCR.
- Arrange adequate Quality Engineers at various areas of operations / activities to meet the ITP of the Quality Management Plan.
- Inspect field activities as per approved inspection plans, obtaining clearances from clients / consultants and making reports,
- Addressing client NCRs and closing after corrective/ preventive actions. Report to the Project In-charge regarding QA & QC performance. Coordinate with the Project In-charge to plan factory visits & testing of materials.
