Job ObjectiveTo execute maintenance activity in the event of machine breakdown, in a prompt and effective manner

Primary ResponsibilitiesFinancial Ensure adherence to approved departmental maintenance budgetCustomer Respond and resolve breakdown issues of production departments in a timely mannerProcess Report all breakdowns to Reporting Manager and Section head and execute maintenance activities for breakdowns in shifts, as per direction provided

Prepare machine breakdown reports for own shift as per the designated format

¢ Assist Breakdown Maintenance In Charge in analyzing breakdowns and implementing corrective action

¢ Document all jobs including details of problem diagnosis and resolution as well as spares used for future reference and analysis

¢ Monitor spares consumption and issue material from Stores as per requirement

¢ Ensure effective utilization of spares and materials

¢ Implement action steps on reducing losses and wastages during maintenance activities





¢ Update log books and provide regular MIS and feedback on shift performance to the department for monitoring and reporting purposes

¢ Adhere to all safety guidelines, SAP requirements, as may be specifiedLearning & Development¢ Ensure timely completion of all stages of Performance Appraisal Process

¢ Undergo trainings to update skills for enhancing productivity
