About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Vice President – Tele Sales (B2C) to lead and scale a large telesales function in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing 300+ member teams, driving B2C sales through tele calling channels, and building high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a 300+ member B2C telesales team through multiple levels of leadership.
- Drive revenue, sales productivity, conversion, and overall business performance.
- Develop and execute telesales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Monitor key metrics such as calls, conversions, productivity, revenue, lead penetration, and customer acquisition.
- Build a strong performance-oriented culture through regular reviews, coaching, and capability development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Training, Quality, MIS, Product, and Marketing.
- Identify process gaps and implement initiatives to improve sales efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage workforce planning, hiring, retention,



and leadership development for the telesales function.
- Present business performance, insights, and action plans to senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile
- 16+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in B2C telesales/inside sales.
- Proven experience managing 300+ member teams in a large-scale sales environment.
- Strong experience in managing multiple layers of sales leadership.
- Excellent understanding of telesales processes, sales funnels, and performance metrics.
- Robust analytical, strategic, and people-management skills.
- Ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Proficiency in the regional language is mandatory.
- Candidates from Insurance, BFSI, Telecom, E-commerce, Consumer Services, or other high-volume B2C sales industries will be preferred.
