Role Summary The Sr. Associate – HR Business Partner supports the HRBP team in delivering people initiatives aligned with business needs. This role works closely with managers and employees to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, support employee experience, and maintain policy compliance. This position provides exposure to HR Business Partnering while building foundational skills in employee relations, performance support, engagement, and workforce coordination.
1. Business Support and Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist HRBP in understanding/aligning team structures, workforce needs, and people challenges.
- Support managers with day-to-day HR queries and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate workforce data, role movements, and team changes.
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support onboarding and exits
- Maintain employee data and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate induction and transition processes.
1. Performance Management Support
- Assist in performance review cycles, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Support managers in goal-setting coordination and tracking completion.
- Help maintain performance data and reporting and publishing status dashbboards
1. Employee Relations Support
- Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries and concerns.
- Support in grievance handling, investigations, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and workplace guidelines.
1. Engagement & Employee Experience
- Support engagement initiatives, events, surveys, and action planning.
- Assist in analyzing feedback and preparing engagement reports.
- Help implement employee recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
- Manage and lead Engagements at location level
1. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare regular HR reports on attrition, headcount, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Maintain HR dashboards and data accuracy.
