motivated and analytical Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in taxation, structuring, and financial advisory, along with hands-on exposure to financial modeling and fundraising activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and work on business models, financial models, and valuation models
- Analyze and interpret financial statements, ratios, and performance metrics
- Assist in fundraising activities, including coordination with Banks and NBFCs
- Prepare working capital and term loan proposals
- Develop Pitch Decks / Teasers / Information Memorandums for:
- Buy-side and Sell-side transactions
- Equity and Debt Raising
- Support assignments related to corporate structuring and taxation
- Work on matters related to Corporate Laws, FEMA, and Direct & Indirect Taxes
- Assist in Ind-AS implementation and restatement of financial statements
- Be part of project teams assisting companies in IPO planning and preparation
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and analytical documents
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive understanding of financial advisory and consulting practices
- Working knowledge of Ind-AS, FEMA, Corporate Laws, and Taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, modeling) and MS PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Communication Skills:
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, bankers, and internal teams
