Role Overview

Were looking for a result-oriented Associate / Sr. Associate in Influencer Marketing to lead user acquisition campaigns through influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and short-video platforms. Performance-driven outcomes are the core expectation.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across finance, lifestyle, tech, and fashion categories.
- Plan and launch influencer campaigns aligned with acquisition targets (sign-ups, transactions, ROI).
- Optimize campaigns for ROI and CAC; monitor partner quality and conversion impact.
- Handle negotiations, usage rights, barter vs. paid decisions, and agency/talent manager relations.
- Maintain performance reports, analyze conversion funnels, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, new content formats, and competitive brand moves.

Must-Have
- 2+ years in influencer marketing (B2C brand,



e-commerce, or performance-led app preferred)
- Proven track record in user acquisition-focused campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Solid understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and short-video platforms
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and performance reporting

Good to Have
- Prior experience with affiliate apps, fintech, or e-commerce brands
- Existing influencer network in finance, tech, or lifestyle verticals
- Experience with influencer tools (Winkl, One Impression, Qoruz)
