Key Responsibilities:

- Document test cases with clear, concise descriptions. Ensure comprehensive test coverage by considering various user scenarios and edge cases.
- Identify bugs in the system and report them to the team using bug-tracking tools like Jira.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure defects are properly identified, fixed, and tested.
- Assist in ensuring that high-quality work is delivered to clients by participating in all phases of the testing lifecycle.
- Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process. Adopt the end-user’s perspective to ensure that the application’s user experience is seamless.




- Ensure that business-critical functionalities are thoroughly tested and remain unbroken.
- Flag repetitive test processes or gaps in coverage to the team lead.
- Help in preparing reports and summaries of test findings for the team and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

- Knowledge of quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for software testing and quality assurance.
- We expect the ideal candidate to stay updated with industry best practices and testing techniques to continually improve testing skills.
- Be open to learning new tools and technologies as required by the project.
- Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities with a flexible mindset.
- Exhibit patience and persistence, even when tasks are repetitive or challenging.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of how to document test cases and execute them in different test cycles.
- Must be aware of testing methodologies such as system testing, integration testing, API testing, functional testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, regression testing etc.

- Basic knowledge of tools such as JIRA.
- Knowledge of basic programming concepts and object-oriented programming. Exposure to automation concepts is welcome but not required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be aware of the STLC and bug cycle.
- Meticulous attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture.
- Curiosity, energy, creativity, and bravery with a solid desire to help to build the o2h culture.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field Experience: 1-3 years
