We are looking for dedicated Project Delivery managers who can complete the projects in the given timelines. You will need to focus on prioritizing team's tasks based on the plan, solve the issues faced by the team. Escalating technical issues to team leads.
Project delivery Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong project documentation and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction. The main tasks of a Project Delivery Manager will include managing projects, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics. Candidate should demonstrate robust leadership and team working skills. You should also demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing the project scope documents.
2. Managing Milestones with timelines and achieving it
3. Managing scope creeps.
4. Managing change requests and estimating efforts required for change.
5. Maintaining positive relationships with AMs / customers.
6. Identifying customer needs and set them as tasks.
7.
Overseeing service delivery within the business context.
8. Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
9. Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree.
2. Experience in customer service, leadership may be advantageous.
3. Good MS EXCEL and computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
4. Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
5. Good resource planning skills.
6. Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
7. Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
