About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solution Architect / Technical Program Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end architecture, program delivery, and execution for large-scale data transformation initiatives. The role combines Enterprise Data Architecture, Cloud Platforms, Data Engineering, and Program Delivery Leadership, with strong focus on stakeholder management, vendor governance, and technical execution.

The role involves designing and delivering enterprise-scale data platforms including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Lakehouse architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The candidate will define scalable, high-performance solution architectures aligned with business objectives and enable advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases.

The position requires strong expertise in data engineering pipelines using ETL/ELT, Spark, Kafka, and distributed data processing, along with experience in DevOps, release management, environment strategy, and engineering optimization. The architect will also establish data strategies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.

As a technical program leader, the candidate will own program scope, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery while managing Agile/SAFe governance, multiple vendors, and stakeholder groups. The role includes executive-level communication, risk management, team leadership, and coordination across complex transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise-scale Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse platforms.
- Define scalable solution architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Lead data engineering initiatives involving ETL/ELT, Spark, Kafka, and distributed processing.
- Own end-to-end program delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and execution.
- Lead Agile/SAFe planning, governance, release management,



and Dev/UAT/Prod setting strategy.
- Drive DevOps optimization, performance improvement, and engineering excellence.
- Establish enterprise data strategy, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Manage CXO-level stakeholders, vendors, multipartner ecosystems, risks, and technical teams.
